Our Devoted Team

A.M. Const. Inc opened in 1985 thanks to the owners Jim & Judy Benike. What started as a small general contracting company has grown into what it is today, Wisconsin’s largest Pella Platinum Certified Contractor. Our mission is to help create the property of your dreams with a reliable team of experts. All of our window installers are Pella Expert Installer Certified. Our team of experienced carpenters, and window installers, aid in creating your vision perfectly whether we create custom cabinetry, install new windows or even completing a strip mall construction.

A.M. Const. Inc is a part of the Washington County Builders Association West Bend chapter, working alongside the community to better West Bend, WI through homebuilding. With safety at the forefront of our minds, our team is also EPA lead-safe certified.

They were friendly, and easy to communicate with. Tarey Dehnes' soft sell approach, calm personality, and organizational skills were much appreciated. Tarey was so easy to relate to and interact with. He kept in touch with us and worked with us to solve any issues, questions, or decisions that needed to be discussed and resolved. Tarey is a quality leader that imparts a feeling of confidence and caring for the outcome of the entire job. All of your guys did such great work. Mike and Brad made short work of the header placement. Mike and Rob slapped up the drywall with skill and precision. Rob was impressive when working with the texture mud. We appreciate his skills that created the 'crows feet' texture on our ceiling and walls. It was Mike and Matt that actually installed our cabinets. They did such nice work and made it all fit together perfectly. They were both very skilled and capable. Matt actually made our cabinets which we found to be spectacular. The pull out drawers are a dream and the broom closet is so handy. How did I ever live without it for 21 years? I am just "living the dream"!! Last week Mike Klotz, along with Joe Kinzel and Brian Herold arrived at our home to complete the installation. They arrived promptly on time, introduced themselves, explained how the process would be done, and covered all the carpeting to make certain our floors would be protected. When they began the installation they worked as a cohesive and efficient team, working skillfully throughout the day. The following day Mike returned to finish the job. When the installation was complete, Mike provided us with instructions on how to operate, and care for the windows. When Mike left, the only evidence that they were here were new the windows, and the good will they left behind.
