They were friendly, and easy to communicate with. Tarey Dehnes' soft sell approach, calm personality, and organizational skills were much appreciated. The pull out drawers are a dream and the broom closet is so handy. How did I ever live without it for 21 years? I am just "living the dream"!! Last week Mike Klotz, along with Joe Kinzel and Brian Herold arrived at our home to complete the installation. They arrived promptly on time, introduced themselves, explained how the process would be done, and covered all the carpeting to make certain our floors would be protected. When they began the installation they worked as a cohesive and efficient team, working skillfully throughout the day. The following day Mike returned to finish the job. When the installation was complete, Mike provided us with instructions on how to operate, and care for the windows. When Mike left, the only evidence that they were here were new the windows, and the good will they left behind.
